Our packages include door-to-door transportation from your preferred departure point, wine tastings at two Temecula wineries, dinner service at a third destination, all taxes, driver, and food server gratuities.

MERITAGE RESTAURANT AT CALLAWAY WINERY

Sitting high atop a wine country hill, the vine-covered terrain creates beautiful surroundings for dining in this protected indoor/outdoor ‘atrium-style’ setting. The Mediterranean-style cuisine features seasonal, sustainable food, much of it sourced from local farmers. One of Temecula’s ‘top spots’ to capture an often spectacular sunset over the vines. Order ala carte, or enjoy a fun, festive family-style dinner with shared platters.

Bolero at Europa Village

The highly acclaimed Bolero Restaurant at Europa Village is a comfortable, elegant setting worthy of a special celebration. The meal takes guests on a Spanish culinary journey - from the humble farm-to-table cuisines of Asturia, to the modern interpretations coming from San Sebastian or Barcelona. Bolero’s menu celebrates the centuries-old tradition of dining Tapas style. Whether it is seafood, steak, roasted vegetables, olives, or the finest cheeses and charcuteries from Europe, the meal is shared by all.

For transportation requested from outside of the Temecula area

An additional charge is added for each hour of travel in both directions. The price is confirmed once the size and type of vehicle is verified.

To calculate travel time and pricing for excursions starting outside of Temecula, please use the Google Maps link below. Estimate the one-way travel time from your pick-up location to the freeway exit at Interstate 15 and Rancho California Road in Temecula. For round-trip transportation, simply double the one-way travel time.

Additionally, allot 20 minutes from the freeway exit to the wineries.

Add the round-trip travel time to a six-hour visit in wine country, and you will see the price broken down by number of hours and number of participants.

Each Exclusive Private Winery Dinner is distinct and unique.

Customized to your specifications, our wonderful off-site adventures are the perfect catalyst for relaxation, socializing, the exchange of ideas, celebrating and learning.

Available menu options run the gamut, from outdoor barbecues and an Italian family-style feast with platters of food and bottles of wine on the tables, to multiple course meals featuring paired wines.

You can combine our intriguing winery dinners with visits to other wineries for tastings in advance, or you can arrive directly at the location of choice for this special evening from your Southern California starting point.

Visits to multiple wineries are never redundant. The components are coordinated to complement one another as the day progresses.

An option groups have enjoyed when time limits their visit to the dinner destination, is wine service during the drive to Temecula featuring vintages from additional area wineries. In very special circumstances we’ve even persuaded a wine maker to host a private tasting featuring his or her special wines on-board.

We mold visits to the characteristics of each group as we seek to successfully entertain, inform and energize.

While in Temecula, guests have the opportunity to sample and purchase outstanding wines, converse directly with the winery owners and wine makers, and chat with colleagues in a relaxed, casually sophisticated setting.
